ABOUT THE RIDER / THE BUILDER

Technology in my mind.
Roads in my heart.

HI, I’M RUDRAPRASAD.

I’m a ServiceNow consultant, integration developer, and AI practitioner with nearly 11 years in IT, including 7+ years focused on designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise ServiceNow solutions. My work sits at the intersection of platform architecture, connected workflows, and practical intelligence.

WHAT I BUILD

Enterprise service experiences that feel clearer.

My work covers the whole platform journey: listening to a service problem, shaping the architecture, configuring and extending ServiceNow, connecting the surrounding systems, making service performance visible, and helping teams care for the platform over time.

I work across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Employee Center, integration architecture, workflow automation, Discovery, Event Management, and Performance Analytics. The through-line is clarity: make service work easier to run, easier to measure, and easier to improve.

PORTFOLIO / PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

Depth where the platform matters.

These are the areas I return to when a service platform needs more than configuration: strong architecture, thoughtful engineering, clear operational data, and a delivery approach that leaves the team in control.

01

Platform architecture & service design

Shape ServiceNow foundations that are useful on day one and maintainable as the organisation changes. The work spans ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog and Order Guides, Employee Center, scoped applications, and the governance around them.

02

Integration engineering

Connect ServiceNow with the systems that hold identity, HR, business, and operational data. My integration practice uses REST and SOAP, Scripted REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server patterns, ECC Queue, business events, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and resilient error handling.

03

Operational visibility & automation

Use service data to make operations easier to run and improve. This includes Discovery, Event Management, Performance Analytics, KPI and SLA dashboards, incident and request workflows, notifications, and lifecycle automation for employee and service journeys.

04

Delivery & platform stewardship

Treat implementation as the beginning of the platform relationship. I work through Agile planning and backlog refinement, upgrades, cloning, regression testing, refactoring, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer so teams can keep moving with confidence.

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

A delivery rhythm that keeps the work grounded.

01

Discover

Understand the service problem, operating context, data, and people who will use the solution.

02

Architect

Shape a clear ServiceNow design with maintainability, security, and future change in mind.

03

Connect

Build the workflows, integrations, and intelligence that make the platform useful in the wider ecosystem.

04

Evolve

Measure, improve, document, and enable the team so the platform remains healthy after delivery.

CREDENTIALS & TECHNICAL FOUNDATION

Built on platform craft.
Kept current through curiosity.

ServiceNow credentials

CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-DF(CMDB & CSDM)

AI learning

Micro-certifications across Agentic AI Executive, Now Assist, and Flow Designer.

Integration foundations

REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, MID Server, ECC Queue, and event-driven patterns.

OFF THE CLOCK

The road is often more exciting than the destination.

Solo rides and long drives are where I reset, observe, and think clearly. I love both two wheels and four—the rhythm of a bike, the calm of a car, and the freedom of an open route. The same curiosity that keeps me testing systems is what keeps me taking the long way home.
